Regardless of the attribution of decision-making in this educational plan, each parent can make emergency decisions affecting the health or safety of children when children are in their care and will inform the other parent as soon as possible. Parents agree that, to reduce the likelihood of an appointment conflict for the child, each will inform the other of their intention to travel with the child as soon as they are able to do so, but no less than 30 days before and before making final reservations/vacation plans. Before departure, the holiday party will also be in contact with the address(s) and telephone number(s) and itinerary of the other party. Parents recognize that due to unforeseen events, regular adaptations to the educational plan may be necessary. .
